Join, sign the Provider Pledge, and acknowledge the Alliance framework. We draft your hosted profile together. It stays unlisted while it's in review.
Identity and registered-business verification. Where your trade requires a license or insurance, you show it and we record what we saw and the date.
Your profile goes live with "Identity & business verified" and the month. A verification step, not an endorsement. If you don't pass, we cancel and refund that month.
License and insurance dates re-checked each year. Homeowner concerns are read by a person. Providers who break the Pledge come off the list.
