Who it's for

Not what this is: therapy, counseling, crisis support, or medical, legal or financial advice. Those come from licensed professionals.

What you'll set up

By the end of week 4, your family has:

  1. 1
One family calendar everyone can see. It holds school, activities, appointments and a 15-minute weekly huddle.
  2. 2
Meals without the nightly scramble. A weekly plan and one shared grocery list.
  3. 3
A bills and paperwork map. Due dates on the calendar and a list of where important papers live. No account numbers in any AI tool.
  4. 4
A home upkeep calendar, plus a project request ready to send to local pros, with photos and measurements.
  5. 5
    A care circle plan:
    • who covers what for the kids and for an older relative
    • a check-in rhythm
    • an emergency info sheet that stays offline
    • the questions to ask a home care agency
  6. 6
Family traditions: the ones you keep, one new one, and a year of them on the calendar.
  7. 7
A family safety plan: what never goes into an AI tool, a family safe word against voice-clone calls, and kids' accounts set up the right way.

The four weeks

Week 1

The Family Command Center

Build: one calendar, school and activity dates, meals, and the weekly huddle.

Guardrail: what never goes into an AI tool.

Week 2

The Care Circle

Build: for kids and older parents: who covers what, check-ins, emergency info, and working with home care providers.

Guardrail: voice-clone and impostor calls.

Two days later: Forum Day 2.

Week 3

Home & Paperwork

Build: bills on the calendar, the paperwork map, seasonal upkeep, and how our trusted service provider matching works.

Guardrail: paying and hiring safely.

Week 4

Traditions & the Family Rhythm

Build: traditions, the family year, and keeping the system alive.

Guardrail: kids' accounts.

Every week ends with a one-page family-system worksheet you finish at home.

Education and coordination only. Pure Expertz is not a home care or medical provider and does not employ or place caregivers.

Why this one is different

Family-centered.

No template family. Single parents, grandparents, blended and multigenerational homes: your system fits your household.

Strengths-based.

We start from what already works in your house and build on it.

People decide. Tools do the legwork.

AI drafts the list, the plan, the reminder. Your family makes every decision.

Privacy first, from week one.

You learn what never goes into an AI tool before you type a single prompt.

Frequently asked questions.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. We go step by step, and every build is shown on a phone and on a laptop. Stuck between sessions? Bring it to Open Office Hours.

Laptop or phone?

Either one works. A laptop makes the calendar and worksheets easier, but you can do everything on a phone.

Which tools do we need?

  • A shared calendar (Google or Apple)
  • A shared list app
  • An AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot)
The free versions are enough, and you don't have to buy anything to complete the workshop.

Who should attend?

Parents, guardians and the adults who share the load. Watch together on one screen. Older kids are welcome to join the Week 4 traditions session with you; off camera is fine.

What if we miss a session?

Every session is recorded and posted in the member portal for enrolled families.

Is this therapy, counseling, or medical, legal or financial advice?

No. It's education and technology only. We don't diagnose or treat anything, and we don't advise on health, legal matters or money. Health questions go to your doctor or care team. Legal and money questions go to a licensed professional.

What if someone in my family is in crisis?

This workshop isn't crisis support. If anyone is in danger, call 911. In the US, you can also call or text 988.

Do you provide home care or place caregivers?

No. Pure Expertz is not a home care or medical provider and does not employ or place caregivers. In Week 2 we cover how families coordinate care and the questions to ask a licensed home care agency.

How does the home services matching work?

  1. Send a request. Use the form at pureexpertz.com/network/homeowners or bring it to Open Office Hours. A person reads every request, and sending one is free.
  2. Add the details: what you need, your ZIP code, your timing, quick measurements, and a few photos of the project (no faces or house numbers).
  3. With your OK, we post the job to the Trusted Service Providers in our network.
  4. A pro who is nearby and has time picks it up and sends you a written quote. You decide, and you hire and pay the pro directly. Pure Expertz isn't a party to the job.
We can't promise that a pro picks up every job, how soon, or how the work turns out. Network members go through identity and registered-business verification in their second month. That's a verification step, not an endorsement.

Will you ask for private family information?

No. We never ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords or medical details, in sessions or in chat. Week 1 starts with the list of what never goes into an AI tool. Please keep addresses, health details and kids' names out of the group chat.

Is what we share private?

Sessions run in the members-only portal, and we ask everyone to keep what others share private. A group can't guarantee confidentiality, so share only what you'd be comfortable with others hearing. Camera off is always fine.

How is this different from AI Fluent Household Manager?

  • AI Family Resilience is for the whole family: beginner-friendly, one hour a week, covering calendars, care, home, traditions and safety.
  • Household Manager goes deeper for the one person who runs the household like an operator.

Is it faith-based?

No. It's secular and open to every family, culture and belief.

How do I get into the portal?

After you enroll, we email you your personal portal login link. Questions? Email [email protected], or call (847) 991-9985 (Olivia, our AI assistant, takes messages).
